The Proposal Memo to Research Asbestosis In Northeastern Mining Communities is a proposal for research created for the Technical and Professional Writing course at the University of Minnesota. This proposal was made for a mock stakeholder board which would theoretically fund research into the impact of asbestiform deposits. This assignment was the preliminary proposal for the “Asbestiform-Related Regulations and Their Impact on Northeastern Minnesota” report. 

Asbestiform Public Policy, Health Risk, and Community Impact Report

The Asbestiform-Related Regulations and Their Impact on Northeastern Minnesota is a full length report documenting findings on statistical health impacts, federal and state policy research, and local testimonies relating to the effects of mining within asbestiform deposits in Northern Minnesota. This report was made for politicians and public health officials as potential recommendations to solve the problem of asbestosis among Minnesotan mine workers. The report was created for the Technical and Professional Writing course at the University of Minnesota.

Research Building Emergency Plan

The Research Building Emergency Plan (BEP) is an internal University of Minnesota Research Facility Support Services document outlining the evacuation and shelter procedures for the campus research buildings. This BEP plan was meant to be mandatory training material for all research facility faculty, and is made for people with awareness of the building and common terms, but who may be panic or become confused in the chaos of an emergency.

The RBMS Blizzard & Severe Winter Weather Social Media Campaign is a social media campaign on blizzard weather at the University of Minnesota from Research Building Management Services. The social media campaign was primarily directed towards research facility faculty who would be following the RBMS social media pages, but could also be used for students or laymen who stumbled upon the RBMS Instagram page. The social media campaign was made for the course Project Design and Development at the University of Minnesota.
